Registration, Dates & Fees

2025 TRAINING DATES (online)

For each training, all six (6) dates must be attended.

  1. October 10 & 11, 2025 (Friday & Saturday) (8-5 pm MST, lunch 12-1 pm)
  2. November 7 & 8, 2025 (Friday & Saturday) (8-5 pm MST, lunch 12-1 pm)
  3. December 5 & 6, 2025 (Friday & Saturday) (8-5 pm MST, lunch 12-1 pm)
  • Early bird fee applies through 60 days prior to the first day of the training
  • Standard fee applies 59 days through 45 days prior to the first day of the training
  • Late registration, if available, is 14 days prior to the first day of training

Tuition

Full payment is required at the time of registration.

Individual Fee

$1,500 per person – Early Bird – registration received 60 DAYS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF TRAINING

$1,600 per person – Standard Fee – 60 DAYS TO 30 DAYS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF TRAINING

$1,850 per person – Late Registration (received 30 DAYS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF TRAINING). 

The entire fee is due at the time of registration, unless other arrangements have been made in advance with the trainer.

Fee to audit: $225 to audit first three days of the training lectures (no practicum).  See Audit the Training section.  Previous completion of the entire EMDR Basic Training is required and certificate of completion must be submitted with registration.

$450 to audit all six days of the training lectures (no practicum).  See Audit the Training section.  Previous completion of the entire EMDR Basic Training is required and certificate of completion must be submitted with registration.

Groups/Students/Non-Profit Employees: Groups of 5+, or full-time Grad Student/Intern, or full-time non-profit employee will receive a $200 discount from the registration fees, if requested in advance of registration. * If you are applying either as a full-time employee of a non-profit agency or a graduate student intern, you must also submit a letter from your agency/internship site indicating that you will be allowed to practice EMDR therapy with your clients at that agency, and that you work there a minimum of 30 hours/week.

TIME FRAME FOR COMPLETION OF TRAINING:

Online training: Participants are required to complete the entire training within 12 months from the initial start date.

FOR IN-PERSON TRAINING: Participants are required to complete the entire 50-hour training within 24 months from the initial start date.

Due Dates and Refunds

The full fee is due at the time of registration. Cancellation before 30 days prior to the start of the training will result in refund minus $50 fee. Cancellation after 30 days prior to the start of the training will result in no refund but registration can be transferred one time to the NEXT future training.

No Show/Late Cancellation

If a participant does not attend the first day of training, the participant forfeits their training fee as no refunds will be provided.

The participant is expected to be present for and participate in all aspects of the training, including the roles of client, therapist, and observer during the practicum exercise.

Dismissal: The trainer reserves the right to dismiss participants who are disruptive to the training.  The participant will be given one warning by the trainer and will be dismissed without refund if there is a recurrence. Participants are expected to maintain a spirit of cooperation and mutual support for all in the training. Splitting and conflict-generating behavior will not be tolerated. The participant is expected to be present for and participate in all aspects of the training, including the roles of client, therapist, and observer during the practicum exercise.

Grievances: If a participant has a complaint or grievance, they can email emdr.training.grievance@gmail.com. All grievances must be in writing and will be replied to within 5 to 10 business days.
